- Looking at the relative death benefit tax position and what it means for the numbers of clients needing IHT advice
- Ensuring wealth can still be passed on as intended
- Withdrawing pension funds using “out of normal expenditure” gifting allowance, PETs, and CLTs
- Withdrawing currently tax-free beneficiary/inherited pensions
- Reassessing the suitability of BR strategies
- Considering insurance to cover IHT liabilities (Warning – don’t overdo it!)
